Arjen Robben had his first team training of the season at Bayern Munich since returning from injury, but won't play for the German champions until after the Bundesliga winter break.
"I am part of the team again," the Dutch winger Robben told Munich's website. "It is incredible when you are back on the field with the boys."
However, Robben did not take part in all units on the day as he is still in rehabilitation from a hamstring injury which has sidelined him since the World Cup in South Africa where his Dutch team lost the final against Spain.
"I am not yet at 100 percent. There is a lot of work ahead of me," he said.
Robben targets a return to Bundesliga action after the winter break, which starts on Sunday. Munich's first game after hibernation, during which the team will spend a week training in Qatar, is on January 15 at VfL Wolfsburg.
Munich have enjoyed a mediocre season by their standard in the absence of Robben. They trail runaway leaders Borussia Dortmund by 17 points in sixth place but hope to move further up in the second half of the season when he is back on the team.
