Voth's modeling career has included photo shoots and commercials for brands such as Calvin Klein and Shiseido. She is noted for being the character model of the iconic Jill Valentine of the 2002 Resident Evil video game. Rumors also surfaced in 2009 regarding a relationship between Julia and Yoshiki Hayashi, a well known Japanese composer, pianist, drummer and co-founder of X-Japan. Speculation pointed towards an engagement, but it turned out to be a rumor.
